Question: How long does shipping take?

Answer: Standard Shipping is 7-10 business days (weekends do not count), depending on your location. Holiday periods take longer as we experience increased volume during this time. Some items may arrive sooner than others, however most fall within the 2 week delivery window. 

We ship using USPS First Class mail with Tracking out of Houston, Texas, however during peak (holiday, major events, weather related) times, we may use a outside shipping center.

Question: Why is shipping so long?

Answer: Many of our products are in high demand. Shipping hundreds of orders daily, it take us 2-5 business days to process and assemble your order prior to shipment. A majority of our products are handmade and/ or custom assembled (made to order). We carry no shelf items/ products. We take the extra effort to quality inspect and review all orders prior to shipping to ensure a long lasting, quality product you will enjoy for sometime to come. 


Question: How do I receive multiple item order?

Answer: In order to expedite delivery of your order, we may ship items at different times from different shipping centers. Our goal is to get you your order as fast as possible!


Question: I've put a wrong shipping address and/or picket a wrong size/variant! Can I change it?

Answer: If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MAY be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually in processing immediately after you order. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it. Contact us anyway, we still care and we'll try to make it right for you. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use.


Question: What if I don't receive my item? Do you guarantee delivery?

Answer: We 100% guarantee delivery of every item! If you do not receive your order within the delivery window, simply contact us at support@shopfanfaire.com and we will get you taken care of!
